Aluf was previously SIGNAL Group’s research director, where he led an interdisciplinary team investigating the impact of China’s rise on the Middle East and North Africa, technology politics, and how countries navigate major power competition.

Dale holds a Master of Science from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom; and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
